4. Tradespeople complete the work
You contract and pay tradespeople directly for the work they carry out. Pro Trade Connect provides the coordination service to help your project run smoothly.

Project Coordination Pricing

We coordinate projects with an estimated value of £12,000 or more.

Our coordination fee is calculated based on the size and requirements of your project and may be charged as either:

• A percentage of the overall project value
• An hourly coordination rate.

Before your project begins, we will confirm the coordination fee and explain exactly what is included.

Tradespeople are paid directly by you for their work. Pro Trade Connect does not handle payments between homeowners and tradespeople.
